Refund Policy

Digital products

Because automation products are digital and delivered with setup assistance, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. If a product does not work as described and we cannot resolve it, contact us within 7 days of purchase.

Custom development

Custom projects follow the milestones and terms in your signed scope. Payments for completed milestones are generally non-refundable.

Subscriptions

You can cancel a subscription at any time; it stops at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide partial-period refunds unless required by law.
